All my products are handmade and therefore variations in colour, pattern and size are to be expected. We are unable to offer a return based on minor imperfections.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 14 working days of your purchase. (Excluding original delivery charges)

The product must be returned to us unused and in saleable condition at cost to you. Please contact us on +44 (0)77 71566 1568 or email lucy@sherwoodandbailey.co.uk to let us know that you would like to return your order.

We cannot be responsible for your interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
